Lemme do the math for you 250 x 8 = 2.000 (only to get all stickers) 600 x 20 = 12.000 (to get the normal 600 pumpkins skins) 1.200 pumpkins x 3 = 4.200 (for the weirdly pricey cosmo, Sprout and gourdy skin) 3.000 + 700 + 1.500 + 300 = 5.500 (for all Halloween toons) Which in total = 2.000 + 12.000 + 4.200 + 5.500 = 23.700 (not including ichor needed for gourdy and the 3 weirdly expensive skins)
