@ _Kacchan @ _Kacchan we are not talking about the phonetic. We, or at least me, are talking about the correct "Shouto" 's hiragana's translation. In Japanese they write syllably -because, you know, Japanese has no letters but syllable- SHO-U-TO (that's the Romaji version), even if they read it "Shoto". When he writes "Deku", he doesn't read it "diku", but he's English, no? For example, let's think about Shingeki no Kyojin. There are a lot of names, and you read it according to the most various languages phonetic (Jaeger, German; Jean, French, Annie, English). It doesn't care you speak "English or Italian or whatever", you follow Japanese version. So there's no problem to write "Shoto", but if you are looking for the correct way to spell it, that's "Shouto" @-Shoto sorry for using your board for this discussion

@trashotaku04 // Correct me if I'm wrong, but he is speaking English, no? In the English version of the manga, it is spelled Shoto Todoroki. Check on Kissmanga.com Shoto Todoroki: Origin chapter for more evidence. Sure, if he was speaking Italian, then Shouto is fine. But he is speaking English and the way you spell it in English is Shoto. It's like Color and Colour. If you're in England, it has a u. If you are in America, it doesn't. Same thing here except 'America' is like English and 'England' is like Italy or whatever.

@ _Kacchan Yeah, what wiki, dear? The Italian one sais "Shouto", the English one "Shoto". But it's Shouto. Check the manga in japanese for proof
