I need Wattpad to stop and fix this. I shouldn’t have to watch an ad after every chapter, it’s really annoying and it wastes my time. Why am I watching more ads than reading actual chapters? It’s making me want to delete the app and quit using Wattpad altogether.

@daisydallaschavez I do the ad tips, but it’s still a lot. But I haven’t thought of doing it that way.

@-angxlpurity Have you tried the ad skips in the reward center? It gives you 3 skips for every ad you watch. It’s really helped. I collect skips for how many characters are in the books I’m about to read.

If you use CapCut for your edits, just make sure you have everything backed up because they’re saying CapCut is gonna be banned, because it’s owned by TikTok’s owner.

So for 2025, I’m gonna start tracking the amount of books I read with a book journal and an app.
Do you guys count the books you read on Wattpad? Like the full length, complete books? A lot of people I’ve asked count them, I’ve seen a couple people say they don’t.
