Please read this carefully ❤️

Sometimes the people who are hurting the most are the ones who look the most okay.

We lost a classmate to depression.
She came to class, she smiled, she talked, she blended in.
And because of that, most of us never realized she was struggling.

That’s what makes depression so dangerous, it doesn’t always look the way people expect it to. It doesn’t always come with visible tears or obvious signs but smetimes it hides behind jokes, laugh, silence or a smile that’s practiced too well.

This is a reminder to everyone reading this,
You don’t have to be “obviously broken” to deserve help.
You don’t have to explain your pain perfectly for it to be real.
And you don’t have to go through it alone.

If you’re struggling, please talk to someone you trust, your parent, a friend, a teacher, anyone who will listen. Keeping everything inside doesn’t make you strong. It just makes things heavier. Depression is not something you can simply “think away,” and it’s not a sign of weakness.

@-jiwithmin- And if someone opens up to you, listen. Even if you don’t know what to say, even if it makes you uncomfortable. Sometimes being heard is already a lifeline.

          	  Let’s normalize checking on people.
Let’s normalize saying “I’m not okay.”
Let’s normalize taking mental health seriously before it’s too late.

If you’re reading this and you feel seen by these words, please remember, your life matters more than your silence.
You are not a burden for needing help.

The smallest kindness, the simplest check-in, the act of listening without judgment might be more important than you realize.

Jungkook asked Jimin for a honeymoon

Jk: Jimin hyung when are we going on our honeymoon?

          Jimin: fvck!!!

He muttered that while spitting out the coffee he was sipping.

Jk: Waaa Jimin hyung, isn’t the coffee I made tasty? Why did you spit it out? *takes a small sip* It tastes fine to me. Do you want me to make some more for you?

          Jimin: nah...

Jk: Jimin hyung, you didn’t answer my question… When are we going on our honeymoon? Aren’t newlyweds supposed to go on a honeymoon? Why aren’t we? I thought we were newlyweds. I still want to try it, it looks like fun *pout*

          *He pokes Jimin*

          Jimin: WHAT NOW?!?

Jk: Jimin hyung? Are you drunk? Why does your face look so red?

          Jimin: Go to sleep.

*But Jungkook immediately grabbed Jimin’s sleeves*

Jk: Waaaa Jimin hyung, what about the honeymoon? It’s annoying, there’s so much I still want to ask you, like why did we get married? Why didn’t I get to wear a wedding dress? Why was there no reception? No wedding cake? Not even any give-aways *pout* Things like that, and now you can’t even give me the honeymoon. Do you know my dream wedding didn’t happen? I still wanted a Barbie-themed wedding—
