Please read this carefully ❤️
Sometimes the people who are hurting the most are the ones who look the most okay.
We lost a classmate to depression.
She came to class, she smiled, she talked, she blended in.
And because of that, most of us never realized she was struggling.
That’s what makes depression so dangerous, it doesn’t always look the way people expect it to. It doesn’t always come with visible tears or obvious signs but smetimes it hides behind jokes, laugh, silence or a smile that’s practiced too well.
This is a reminder to everyone reading this,
You don’t have to be “obviously broken” to deserve help.
You don’t have to explain your pain perfectly for it to be real.
And you don’t have to go through it alone.
If you’re struggling, please talk to someone you trust, your parent, a friend, a teacher, anyone who will listen. Keeping everything inside doesn’t make you strong. It just makes things heavier. Depression is not something you can simply “think away,” and it’s not a sign of weakness.
