dude. wtf. one mil on warmth, im bout to cry fr, thank you guys sm <3 i would’ve never imagined getting here honestly, it’s crazy to think that this book has followed me into adulthood. i’m not gonna make empty promises and say i’m gonna start writing again, because we can see how that went before (sorry yall :/) but i have recently been feeling like writing, so i may attempt to finish what i started fr this time. not making promises cause i honestly don’t do well w things like that but it is really something i’d like to do and get back into. once again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you guys <3

          i SWEAR im not tryna glaze but even though stupid cupid is one of your oldest works, ICL ITS SO CUTE. every fanfic ive read that was published in 2020 have that vibe where u can tell it was, but i couldnt tell it was written in 2020 until i checked the publish date (thats a compliment).
          
          not only was it not THAT predictable and  “wattpad stereotypical” (idk how to say it), but i would be LYING if i said i wasnt over the moon reading this. i haven't used wattpad for over a year or two,  so reading stupid cupid really did give me those nostolgic memories on how i would use to giggle over fanfics, so it was really refreshing to read.
          
          im also not a big fan of cliché and cheesy romance, but if im gonna be honest, i did smile, giggle, and kick my feet a lot. i dont read a lot of fluff nowadays, so this fanfic really made me feel like a middle schooler again when i would stay up and read on wattpad. ESPECIALLY THE PART WHEN SOOBIN SAID TO YUMIN  “im your stupid cupid.” although i did cringe, but it was SO cute it actually made my heart tingle. it was cringe in a FUNNY/GOOD way. i laughed lots bc it reminded me when i used to publish stories on my old account (they were so ass i wanna rip my eyes out looking at them).
          
          long story short, its late, and i wanted to show appreciation to the fanfiction because no ones awake for me to rant to.

i pop in every so often to check on my books and i am so shocked at warmth being less than 13k away from one million reads. woah.

hellooo author :3!! i just wanted to say that i LOVE your work and that all your works are very fun to read !! ^^ I was kinda wondering if you'll ever update Magic Island ? Anyways,goodluck if you're gonna update it !

so, i’m sure you guys are pretty used to me saying i’m gonna come back and start writing again. this time it’s a little different, though. i’m realizing lately that it’s not that i’ve lost my writing spark, but i’ve lost my love for kpop. i’m so fortunate to have had such a safe space and sweet escape for so long, but the reality is i have grown out of that phase of my life. BUT!!! this does not mean i’m going to discontinue my unfinished stories.
          
          i’ve decided to challenge myself with finishing off what i started, so i can prove to myself that i can do things from start to finish if i’m resolutely determined to do so. with that being said, by the end of 2024 i plan to have all of my started books finished: shedding water, magic island, and POSSIBLY under the peach tree. my only hesitation with that last one is that it’s an enhypen fic and i haven’t kept up with them since 2021. i may toy with it a bit and make it a txt fic, which may prompt me to finish that one as well. (most likely would make it a yeonjun fic per request, since i won’t be bringing back my old one)
          
          let me make it known though that i still have so much love for txt and even still listen to their music from time to time! i just have grown out of that phase of my life. and while that’s made me feel empty for some time, i’m learning to be okay with it. being an adult is weird, and there are a lot of big changes that i’ve gone through/am going to go through. but i’m learning how to cope with things as i go :)
          
          and who knows, i may come back and write again one day, but i can confidently say that these will be my last kpop fics.
