just because it's pride month, please don't think you are entitled to be rude to people who are cisgender and heterosexual! i understand that for years we were tormented for being who we are, but doing the same to them will simply repeat history and possibly set us back in the progress we have made!! pride (again) is about acceptance!! so go out with all your pals and have a heckin' good time and not be mean bc that wastes a lot of energy for something so dumb!!

/ friendly reminder that just because someone doesn't change their account into something pride related means that you can harrassed them and call them names for it —
not everyone wants to change their acc/aren't comfortable with their sexuality being so outed yet!! pride isn't just about LGBT+ representation, but also about accepting everyone and being more open minded!!
so, pleas respect everybody's wishes, and happy Pride!

" So how does this work, exactly ? " He asked as they exited the parked car. Tony had asked him to spend some time with Harley, plus to go visit a pride parade. Steve tried to play it off as cool, though he had / no / idea what to expect. He'd just put on a rainbow muscle shirt and the kid had painted the rainbow flag on his cheek. " There's a lot of flags, " He shut the cardoor. " How do I know which one is which ? "

The college student let the avenger look around, knowing that these events are quite exciting. Nostalgia creeped up on him as he began to remember his own first Pride Parade, chuckling to himself at the mayham that had happened. Harley turned his attention back to Steve, "It's to keep up close together so I don't lose you in the crowd. These things can get really crazy, so this saves a lot of worry and time." He explained to the super soldier. People had noticed the shield on his back, and the younger male watched their eyes grow in amazement as they connected the dots slowly. Captain America at a pride parade!

The transgender flag. Alright. He had encountered a lot of transgender people at meet and greets. These people were beautiful, truly. He hated how society rejected them. It made him smile to see they could roam freely here, without a worry. The tall blonde seemed to be in complete awe as he looked around. The shield strapped to his back matched Harley's flag: it was repainted in the bisexual colors.

Secretly, he felt bad for asking so many obvious questions, but he couldn't help and wonder what this white string was for. " What's that for ? " He asked as he scratched his stubbly jaw ( he'd forgotten to shave ). Steve tilted his head to look down at their wrists.

Harley watched small children happily run around, waving flags as their parents chased after them, mirroring the same large smiles. He wasn't one to really show many emotions, but he couldn't help but let a tiny smile slip past his internal walls. Checking his wallet, he looked up when Steve pointed at a flag, letting his eyes focus. "That's the transgender flag —" he informs the older gentlemen, counting his money once again before placing the leather item into his back pocket and tying a white cloth around both of their wrists for safety.
