You're a new citizen in Panem, so you'll have to get registered. Go to the CITIZEN HELP CENTER, and you'll find everything you need to become registered! 

If you did that already, or you're Panem-born, maybe find your district? You can do that by going to the DISTRICT REGISTRATION BUILDING. They'll help you find your district. 

Once you finished those two, if you want, go to THE REAPING! Fill out your slip of paper to enter the Games!
