Toto, when someone is staring at you, what does it mean? And its more than just once, I asked my friend but she said "idk" and I told my cousin but he said "who is it?". I'm just asking cuz whenever I see him staring I get nervous and sweaty and flustered, so I stare back for a second but look away immediately.
