@ChrisTheBarbarian85 @louines689 update my sister said it was the best one yet, the process was very deceiving, but the crumb was perfect , and flaky in a croissant way. I cut into it, and while my slices are intact they kind of unroll too much to bring anywhere so I guess I baked for myself again lol but a very rewarding experience
