Welcome to Royal Gold, we are a new read for read book club that runs on Wattpad and on Discord. 
          	
          	ROLE ONE- BOOK CLUB MODERATORS
          	We are currently looking to expand our team of Book Club moderators. These brilliant individuals are a vital part of our group and it is their job to check our members have completed the reading and feedback requirements. 
          	
          	All our members are expected to leave constructive criticism which MUST include something they liked, disliked, and something the writer can improve on. 
          	
          	Your role requirements are that you just have access to and are active on both Discord and Wattpad, and have the relevant book club experience. 
          	
          	ROLE TWO- WRITING COMMUNITY MODERATORS
          	Next year we are planning to expand the Discord writing community which means we’re looking to hire Writing Community moderators. You would be helping out on Discord meaning you will need to be active there. This means you would be responsible for the following…
          	
          	• Promoting the group for new members 
          	• Posting writing games on the Writing Channel
          	• Posting fun games on the non writing channel
          	• Running word wars
          	• Ensuring Members follow the rules of the group
