          "Guys," Dev said in a serious voice, which grabbed our attention. I may have known him for only a day, but I understood that he could never be serious. Which means whatever shit he was going to say is very serious and will ruin our day.
          
          "What?" I asked, already dreading whatever was going to come out of his mouth.
          
          "Math's teacher is absent."
          
          "Isn't that a good thing? Why are you so serious?" Aarav asked him.
          
          "The physics teacher will handle both the first and second periods, including his  third and fourth periods."
          
          He dropped the bombshell.
          
          "Bye, guys, I am leaving. I just realised I am going to die today, so I wanted to spend some time alone." I took my bag and started leaving.
          
          "Same pinch," Tara followed me out.
