So, I know I have a few works in progress (understatement), but I have to be fair and let everyone know that I'm also busy working on my first novel (a crime novel), so updates are going to be sparse for an unknown amount of time. I won't forget about them, I swear!

          Wolves At the Door = Lillian Sparda, daughter of Dante the Legendary Devil Slayer, really shouldn't have fallen through that HellGate. Lillian has to figure out a way back home while avoiding the Witchers after her head due to one tiny misunderstanding involving a bandit and a flipped table- long story. Eskel/OC (Devil Hunter)

          Requiem for the Forsaken = It's been nearly a decade since Max said goodbye to Chloe and its been a difficult up-hill battle for Max to cope with what exactly happened. Good thing Max has quite the special talent and can use it in her new found vigilante crusade. Oh boy. (Max/Aiden Pearce)

          Dante's Witch = Wanda survived Endgame. She's not sure she could have survived the aftermath if she wasn't summoned from her world and thrown into a new one- filled to the brim with demons, devils. A handsome red-coat wearing devil slayer catches her interest and together they discover what it means to love in the midst of chaos.

          Hallelujah (Skyrim/Dragon Age)
          
          So, since I can't decide, which ones should I focus on or start?

Those pairings sound good. As for my Witcher/Skyrim fanfic is still in progress. I'm doing a playthrough of skyrim with the OC, and after I will finish the first chapter and other edits. Thanks for asking!
