Let's start with an affirmation.

My pen name is AlphaNyte - and I am an author.

I live in Montreal, Quebec, where the seasons battle it out on any given day until one finally reigns supreme. I'm married, have one (now adult) child, and a fur baby who firmly believes the house belongs to them.

My background spans applied science, a geotech lab internship, years in customer service, and communications. Somewhere along the way, I realised stories were the constant thread tying it all together.

I read widely, nurture far too many indoor plants, game when time allows, and build worlds that refuse to stay contained.

Like all creative work, my stories carry fragments of who I am - resilience, curiosity, stubbornness, and the occasional refusal to behave as expected.

I decided to share the worlds I've been carrying.
