@Aries_Arises I sometimes look up writing prompt ideas to get some inspiration or come up with a theme that I would like to read about. Just be creative!

@Aries_Arises Scheduling wise, schedule the contests so that there's enough time between when they're due and when you release them so the writers have plenty of time to work on them. Also have them so they are convenient with your own schedule, for sanity's sake lol. Be open-minded when judging, that's a huge component that isn't well-known.
