            Yeah.....i can understand you...transfering to a  new school.....its very disturbing.....did you get it to know after getting admission...???.....i am very worried for you as for my country 11 12 college name   also matters..... specially bcz of centers....as many centers are black listed too.....due to which school or college reputation is ruined.....but at the same time......it depends on students efforts tooo.... Bcz even being  in popular schools and colleges private or public.... students fail too.....
