The most annoying sound in the world woke Hailey Austin up on a Wednesday morning. The sound of the default iPhone alarm. Hailey opened one eye, half awake.

“C’mon Hailey, you need good grades to get into college, skipping won’t help with that.” Hailey chided herself, yet she still wasn’t convinced. Before getting out of bed, Hailey turned to the left side of her bed and banged on the thin wall that was between her room and her stepbrother, Zander’s room.
“You up?” Hailey said, just loud enough to wake Zander up, but not loud enough to wake everybody *(Actually, just Bethany)* else up.
She heard a muffled groan, clearly, Zander was awake.
“I’m awake, but isn’t it Sunday-?” Zander scoffed, cross
