Some seasons of life feel like silence. You keep making du’a, you keep showing up for your prayers, you try your best to stay close to Allah — but still, nothing seems to change. And a part of you starts to wonder if your voice is reaching Him at all. But what we often forget is that silence is not absence. Delays are not rejections. And unanswered du’as aren’t ignored. Sometimes Allah withholds what you’re asking for, not because you don’t deserve it — but because He’s protecting you, preparing you, or redirecting you to something better. Something you can’t even imagine yet. So don’t let the waiting make you bitter. Let it make you sincere. Keep speaking to Allah like He’s listening — because He is. Keep raising your hands even if they’re tired. Keep choosing Him even when it feels heavy. Because the heart that turns to Allah in its weakest moments is never left empty.
