@funkysti hey, thanks for replying, but want to ask, have u actually read it or you are saying this based on book description? Anyways I just want to clear one thing, that this book is not all about punishments and discipline. This is about the transition from being kids of the house to actually being an adult in the real world. There is no verbal mistreatment or harsh punishments in this story. I myself am against that. But I agree that at few instances you might feel that in the first few chapters of the story but later the story is all gonna be about them trying to fight their own ghost of struggles and rising beyond it. At least that's my goal. But again if you don't like brother-sister duo stories then this really might not be interesting for you. Thanks for providing your POV, it did give me understanding of how readers see it.

@funkysti Thanks for reaching out, but I’m going to pass on this one. I have very specific reading preferences: I only read 'Brotherhood' dynamics, and I don't read stories involving brother-sister duos or plots where female characters are physically punished or verbally mistreated. My personal values are firmly feminist, and I prefer stories where female characters receive 'princess treatment' rather than harsh discipline.

Hey. Would you be interested in reading a different take on brotherhood?
Where the youngest brother is slightly insane, the second youngest is completely innocent, the second eldest has attended therapy and the eldest is losing it trying to take care of them all?
Oh and also a funnily strict female lead having beef with the eldest brother (friends to enemies to reluctant partners to lovers pipeline)
