uh... this is my entry for the comp on your James Phelps love story (I love it by the way) I didn't know any other way to get it to you. so here goes
Amy is let out of hospital and she James oliver and josy go back to the hotel hoping it will spark some memories. when they are there they encounter Jo. once Jo learns Amy has lost her memories she say she can now have James. this causes Any to remember that Jo is a bitch. this starts a fight and Jo falls down the stairs and dies. during the court proceedings) when James is giving his statement) amys memories come back. she is over joyed and tells the entire court. James immediately gets down on one knee and proposes. He had kept the ring in his pocket for the day Amy remembered. All charges are dropped. And yeah
