Hi, I'm Alyssa - a 23-year-old writer, first-time mom, and full-time dream chaser.
My love for stories started back in elementary school with Junie B. Jones, but it was in middle school that I began writing the novel I'm finally finishing today. What started as scribbles in notebooks turned into years of rewriting, reimagining, and refusing to give up on the worlds in my head.
I write science fiction and general fiction, but I don't like to limit myself to one genre. I believe great writers explore everything. I'm inspired by authors like Cassandra Clare, James Dashner, and Veronica Roth - stories filled with mystery, tension, emotion, and characters who feel real enough to step off the page.For me, writing is about escape and expansion. It's about bending reality, creating new worlds, and stepping into different lives - whether that's the Victorian era, a futuristic city, or something entirely unknown.
When I'm not writing, I'm balancing motherhood, work, and life moving at 180 miles an hour - and loving every minute of it.
