i finally finished being grounded for another month- i felt like i was diying but i finally can continue my stories

Y'ALL I'M FINALLY NOT GROUNDED!!!(only for the weekends but still)

Y'all I will be grounded starting the next week for quite a lot of time so don't expect new updates from me anytime sooner.
          
           And I apologise for not posting new chapters in my stories.

So I've been thinking, is it possible to cure depression without therapy?
          
          If yes, how?
