ew scrolling through my posts is so weird. you can literally see when I was depressed?? doing loads better now. no longer feel suicidal, have six days of home leave a week and now at a healthy weight! getting discharged very very soon. excited for life I guess!!

ate tagliatelle, roasted veggies and pesto for dinner. feels good to eat properly. bread is baking in the oven and there's leftover soup for tomorrow in the fridge. all is going well!!

hey, sorry. i'm back in a psych unit but i'm doing really well. my shoes are plain now but you've reminded me so i might have to do it again. might get home leave soon, my meds are all working n stuff. hope you're alright xx
