Okay, I personally I rlly didn’t like the first book that much (the fandom is pretty split on our feelings of the first book) but trust me the second one makes the whole series worth it. Acotar is def one of my fav series now. The characters get so much good development in this series and it’s a really good romantasy series if you’re new to the genre. There are spicy scenes in it (not rlly the first one… but a court of silver flames has a LOT) but I highly recommend the series, Sarah J Maas is a wonderful writer and acotar is a great read.
