Every single day, I wanted to vanish and disappear. That's why I used to hate you because you were always so full of energy. But I began to notice who you were as a person. I wondered why you would care to look at me when I was such a failure. I found myself starting to want to be noticed by you, and be with you. I'm happy now that I was born, because I was able to meet you.

If the world outside is void of hope, and if despair is contagious, then I'll just have to infect everyone with my hope. Living in despair really isn't living at all!

Believing you are better than others for playing video games, or a specific genre for that matter, is harmful to yourself and those you compare yourself to. In all honesty, it really is just a game. Gaming should be fun and enjoyable, with it's own challenges and rewards, but superiority over others for playing, one will never be a reward.

A bond by blood does not mean a bond by love. You are not obligated to love those who wrong you, even if they are your family. A father who walked out, a mother who trivializes your problems, a brother who abuses you.... You shouldn't feel forced to love them if they do not love you. Your family are the ones who love and accept you. Blood doesn't matter.

It's perfectly okay if your interests do not match your appearance or your 'role' in society. What matters is that it makes you happy and does not harm others. If someone says you cannot like something because of your gender, or race, or age, or 'stereotype' or even your appearance, they do not matter at all. The ones who do are the ones who support you and your happiness.
