I love stories and writing so much I got a degree in creative writing, and I have not once regretted it.  My favorite genres are fantasy, sci-fi, and action/adventure, with a focus on dialogue and characters. I LOVE romance in a story, but insta-love is the devil. I make and sell animal/anime themed hats and headbands online for a living, in between writing.
