There’s one thing your eyes can't see
The struggling monster inside of me
It wrecked my heart and poisoned my mind
The creature grew so big inside
I may seem happy what you don't know
The inner creature I try not to show
There is one thing your eyes might see
The monster inside is actually me
I cut and tear myself to shreds,
Because the animal rules my head
I try and try harder each day,
But still the savage won't go away
And most nights I wish not to wake
So that the evil circle will break
But still each morning I'm brought back to here,
And hope the demon will disappear
