Been some time since we've talked. I was feeling nostalgic and re-read your Healing Dragon story. How have you been?
@AwayAnimal81 Glad to hear back from you. Sounds rather hectic, things have been hectic on my end too. Internships and the like. Hope it works out for you. I do find myself thinking back to No Step On Slime too, though my new current stories have somewhat taken on their own identities independent of the fanfiction I've derived them from. Maybe you should try a small new project or two, it could jog something. I published one new story that's roughly ~125,000 words long, practically a year ago now. I like to think it was good; people generally liked it. For the one I'm currently writing, I'm still writing it. It's at about 100,000 words so far. I have a hunch it will breach 250,000, based on how long it currently is and how more I have to write. Anyway, glad to hear back.
@CampbelSoupDestroyer Man. Where to start? Since i left, ive started, failed college, started again, dropped out, then went to a different college to start working on getting a FAA A&P license to become an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Life is passing by and my goals have come and gone. The crazy thing is that i still think about the stories i made everyday yet I no longer take the initiative to start writing again. In anycase, I'm doing great. From what i remember, you were making a 200,000+ word long story. Have you completed it?

I won't give a resolution since I've never once had the discipline to uphold one, but I wish you all best of luck in your endeavors through the year!
But to spice this year up a bit, I have decided to change my PFP. As a stark few of you might have known (if you even paid attention to it) my PFP has not changed once in the nearly 5 years I've been on this platform. To those that need help remembering who I am, I am the author of "What!? I'm a Healing Dragon!?"
To those that need help seeing what the PFP is, It's my main character, Setsuna from my story with a cute duck on her head wearing a crown. The duck is entirely unique and not present at all in my story. It's just a duck, and definitely not a reference to some v-tuber with a similar part of my name.
It's strange seeing you sport something different than that cigar-smoking waifu, but i think this more represents who you are as an author.
Regardless, Happy New Year! I can't wait to see what this year brings, both for your writing adventure and us other writers as well.
I suppose nobody asked, but if anyone wants to know what I'm up to, I just finished writing a SCP draft which i might submit to the forums for reviewing. If it ends up going successfully, i might return and tell you what number it has recieved.
