in chapter 1 chance meets mafioso for the first time in the casino chance owns and chance thinks mafioso is a cool guy with dark aesthetic clothing (he doesnt know he's a part of the mafia) and so he talks with him a lot until mafioso leaves abruptly after getting a call from one of his members
chance follows him and sees a gory asf scene and then slips away from the sight and mafioso doesnt notice him but one of mafioso's goons does and pew pews chance in the shoulder
mafioso did NOT like that and oofs the goon
