Writer of Fantasy and Science Fiction. I have a background in psychology, biomedical science, research analysis, research consultancy and data analysis. Training in advanced research methods and experience implementing this for science and tech R&D companies.

I spent a lot of time aiding the formation of research articles for a large giant of science. Initially, my non-work writing contained a lot of formal structural elements. It took some time and effort to shed this habit. I now enjoy being able to juggle both fictional novel writing and technical writing.

I am a research addict--probably due to my background. I write articles, based on emerging research, to spread awareness and put it into comprehensible terms.

I have 2 fantasy and science fiction novels. Although I do not consider them fully complete. They are in the beta-reader and 'polishing' stages. I am also writing my first non-fiction book on 'Going Bossless'...a scientific approach to the benefits of modern culture and the concept of shedding authority-based working relationships.

Science often works it way into my writing. Especially physics and principles of energy, quantum thermodynamics and various other theories.

I love the merging of scientific theory with fictional plots.

I spent a lot of time travelling as a child. During this time, a love for cultural tales and mythology developed. I grew up knowing every tale of mythology that was notable and knew every god of ancient cultures, particularly Greek, demi-gods and monsters of ancient tales. I particularly love tales that carry within them a message of important--idioms--and have relevance in their carriage through time, generations and the re-telling in new form.



At the moment--uploading Prey to the Tide section by section. A new chapter every couple of days. I'm planning for a new chapter each day, but this may change.
