Hey folks, I'm working in between three-ish stories right now. I have the Gay Landscaping one, the Alien Chef one, and the Teacher in a Zombie Apocalypse one. I can also circle back and add more (I do really like my tooth fairy story concept and I'll surly add more to it).

Let me know if you're interested in reading more from any specific story. I mostly post on here because I'm in my writing phase and I feel the need to scream into the void.

Thank you for diving into the shimmer with us—Sebastian says you’re officially bitten, and that’s a compliment.

To clarify: the glowbugs aren’t fireflies, though they do glow and occasionally nibble. They’re part of the Silver Voices world—make-believe, yes, but with their own emotional logic. They arrive when truth needs to be revealed, and they bite when something inside a character is ready to shift. It’s not outer space exactly, and it’s not Endor either—it’s a floating realm stitched together by ritual, memory, and mischief.

We don’t always explain how characters move between places because they’re not travelling by map—they’re travelling by feeling. If a village appears, it’s because someone needed it. If a ship dissolves, it’s because the moment has passed. That’s how Silver Voices works.

And no, no one’s eaten the fruitcake. Yet. haha Lorry

You’re absolutely right, Barnsey_G—Book Eight drops you straight into the shimmer without a compass. It’s part of a larger constellation called Silver Voices, and Book One is where the glow begins. That’s where Angel first sheds glitter in Glen Rock, where Boots learns to guard the sparkle, and where Sebastian earns his first bead.

If you’re curious, I’d love to share the beginning with you. It’s gentler, more grounded, and full of rituals that make the later chapters glow brighter. There is no warp core baking yet—just pipis, drums, and a cat who knows too much.

Hello! I'm the one helping writing the “You should never play with what you don’t understand” we don’t know if you already seen/read it or not. But the chapter 2 is already on air and we will be starting the third chapter today!

@Barnsey_G :) we intend of waiting for chapter 5 (unfortunatley) but we can always add a chapter of the fanfic itself to just give a little bit of lore of the characters.

@kimKR6 Both Chapters 1 & 2 are clearly love letters to the game and I sincerely enjoy reading them. I'm looking forward to chapter 3! Please keep in mind that I know of the game and haven't played, so any comment I leave is from an 'outsiders' point of view, for better or for worse. I intend on being helpful when leaving comments, but if they don't align with your vision feel free to discard them :)
            Can't wait for Chapter 3!
(What happens when you run off of videogames chapters to go off of? Will you create an ending or continue with additional chapters from inspired originality? (I don't need to know this, this can definitely be a secret)

Thank tou for your constructive feedbacks! As i said before I’ll be considering them to write chapter 3. (I hope this one will be our favourite one, as it is in the real games). Greetings!

Thank you, Barnsey_G! That’s the loveliest kind of comment—wandering in without a map and still feeling the glow. The Bead Grove doesn’t always explain itself, but it does tend to wrap people in mischief and warmth if they linger long enough. I’m so glad you found your way to this one. You’re welcome anytime. That book was the last of eight; there are 7 more. Lorry
