I write because I enjoy the process. I love the escapism that it can provide from everyday life. I first started writing several years ago now and do have a couple of different projects that I have left aside as I am not quite ready to tackle those stories yet. My first publishing here, Blood Magic, has been in progress now for the best part of six months. I have a few friends who read and give me feedback but I would love to get more feedback on what I have done so far. I currently have around 50,000 words that I am happy putting on here and my plan is to add a chapter every week or so. There is nothing more frustrating than starting to read something that then doesn't get finished so be assured if you do give what I publish a read then there will be more to come! All feedback is worthwhile so even if you feel you are coming at something from a very specific perspective it will still be useful to me, all feedback is useful. I hope you enjoy it!
