Starting tomorrow I’m going to be doing the IU diet with my cousin, we’ll be doing it for only 4 days. I just want to tell everyone do NOT do this at home! This is very unhealthy and is not the way to lose weight. This diet is legit STARVING YOURSELF!!!! I don’t want anyone to be as dumb as me and do this diet. I want everyone to be happy with themselves. And if you are starving yourself please seek help. Just know I love each and everyone of you. Stay safe my loves~~
