so my boyfriend was talking about my bsf a lot, and it made me suspicious. I went over to my best friend’s house today and i asked if i could see their messages, sue me for being nosey. anyways she said she was high as a kite yesterday and didn’t know what they were talking about but gave me her phone i started reading out some of the messages she genuinely looked traumatized he was talking about getting nudes from her, (jokingly as he said) he said that she’s exactly his type, and if i didn’t exist he would be chasing her. and THEN he started talking about a threesome with me and her. i haven’t told him i know any of this and im genuinely too scared too… she apologized a lot and i know for a fact that she was high so i didn’t get mad at her. but he also knew she was high and it seems like he was trying to take advantage of that.

To be completely honest, time, it’s going to take a lot of time but at the same time being able to express these feelings into something else rather than hurting yourself. Like personally when I feel the need to do it I listen to music on full blast and go absolutely crazy on a canvas, let loose and try and do something that gives you the same feel as that, or just wait it out until eventually you don’t feel the need to anymore, but overall it takes time and you have to be able to put in that effort to get better rather than saying it’s not worth it when it is, you’re helping yourself get better and it will take time, and its okay.
