There's a book I read the first few chapters of on Wattpad forever ago and I had to deactivate the account and I completely forgot the name of the book.  It was about this "utopia" where everyone is sick and everyone is basically allergic to everything so they can't go outside and they have to take specific meds each day but these two kids decide to stop taking their meds and they start unlocking abilities and realize it's the meds making them sick. The main thing was that the girl wanted to dance in the rain. Help.
