Soooooo… I’m making a new story.
Yeah. Another one.
I’ve been watching fantasy stuff again, and one thought kept bothering me:
Why do undead and other “dark” fantasy races ALWAYS have to be evil?
Why does a Lich automatically have to be some evil bastard trying to destroy humanity? Why can’t Undead, Demons, Succubi, Vampires and other races actually build a functioning society instead of living in the obligatory Evil Dark Castle™ waiting for the heroes?
And then there’s:
“Player gets trapped in a VRMMO and gets isekai’d.”
Which has been done…
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many times.
So naturally:
Fine. I’ll do it too.
But my way.
THE UNDEAD GENERALISSIMO
And yes…
It’s probably going to take place in Overlord.
“But Blast, WHY?”
Because I got bored.
I started playing Suzerain, discovered I apparently enjoy suffering through fictional politics, constitutional arguments, military budgets and diplomacy, then watched the Overlord movie.
Something clicked.
Instead of another evil dungeon ruled by an undead king…
What if we had an Undead Generalissimo?
A former player. A soldier. A politician. And an undead man who absolutely refuses to call himself a god.
Behind him stands a constitutional republic of Humans, Undead, Demons, Beastfolk, Dark Elves, Vampires, Succubi and others.
A nation born from a video game…
that suddenly has to function as an ACTUAL COUNTRY.
Unfortunately, another undead player is already here.
Ainz Ooal Gown.
Two undead rulers.
Two completely different nations.
Two completely different ideas about how the world should work.
Modern firepower, ancient magic, diplomacy, racial tensions, politics, war, and whatever the hell Nazarick is planning.
Can our Generalissimo keep his country alive through the New World Boogaloo™?
I have absolutely no idea.
And THAT is why I want to write it.
Let’s see how badly this experiment goes.

PS: Because I am apparently incapable of remembering everything at once—
Command.EXE is NOT dead.
It’s gonna get updates again after I rebuild/fix its story bible and lore because, uh…
I MAY have cleaned up the wrong folder.
And now the old lore folder is gone.
RIP.
So yeah, Command.EXE is currently undergoing archaeological reconstruction.
Also, while I’m already reviving things from the grave…
The Last Republic might get some attention too.
Because apparently one new story was not enough.
