Happy Halloween, my friends.

I had my first panic attack in the ER and a second one the same day, this happened 3 days ago. 
          
          It was most likely the result of my asthma attack which I didn't have since I was a kid. 
          
          I'm fine for now but I'm having an appointment since I'm having anxiety issues as a result from that panic attack.

It's Tom Kenny's 62th birthday today. (Spongebob and Ice king VA) Happy birthday Tom Kenny, thanks for being a big part of my childhood.

@Mokoko124 needs support. he sounds like he's planning to do something to himself and I'm worried about his wellbeing, I'm calling if anyone can give a supportive feedback.
