Dear reader, this is the author of the novel 'Not unique' I hope this month has been good to you. I am happy to say I enjoyed my Hiatus status and as promised I am back with more engaging and exciting chapters for our 30-40 chapters novel !! There is an ongoing ghost story contest at my local library. This contest was hosted last year and my idea for the contest led to the birth of this zombie apocalypse novella. So to see my improvement and honour 'Not Unique' I have GOT to join in again.

Life's a bitch. No, I mean actually. I know her. I think as I stand over the edge of the sloppy hill and look out into the horizon to see death, destruction and most importantly, every chocolate store left untouched.
A candy box should placate Bliss after that godforsaken person tried to snatch her from my hands. You don't understand, you couldn't understand how important that ray of sunshine is to me. She is so bright, so innocent, so weak yet so strong but only strong enough for herself, she tries to shine her light on others but the rich brats that used to be in our school take her for granted. She is so broken yet fixated on fixing herself that the shattered glasses pierce her.
That's why I love her, she'll never be good enough, never the spotlight, always broken, always bleeding.
When I snap out of my small reverie, I turn around to walk back to the house I have safely moved Bliss to just to be startled by the smell of one of them.
What did you think they'd smell like? Rotten? No!
They had the most angelic smell, so sweet, so succulent but too much of something is bad.
I could smell them! I think this is just like humans evolving to smell rain so even after years we still smell it right before it hits the earth. I evolved!
