As for how to add this ♡ kind of heart, tap the emoji icon, look for the emoticon and tap it and you'll be able to see this ^_^ kinds of emoji. There are a lot of sections like Classic, Smiling, Love, Hugging, Flexing, Animals, Surprise, Dancing, Shruggie, Table flip, Look of disapproval, Crying, Nervous, and Pointers. Tap the Love section and you'll be able to see this (●♡∀♡) kinds of emoji, just copy the heart, delete the rest, paste the heart and you get this ♡.
