Let's see, I'm in my mid 20's, and I like telling stories. I would say I like writing but that would be a lie.
Throughout school, my writing skill (especial spelling and grammar) were subpar, as was my artistic ability. So I mostly kept my stories in my head, letting them live as dreams and fantasies, but as I got older and my stories got more complex it became harder to keep them straight.
I wanted to get them out, I wanted to share them with people, but I never saw myself as a writer, and I didn't know anyone who wanted to read what I did write.
Ignoring all that I dabbled in writing down some of my stories, took a writing class in college. I had some fun writing, got some good feedback, and decided who cares if I'm a great writer. I'm gonna write stories I like and if other people like them then even better.
