Anyone have an idea on why when i publish a part it brings the part title back to untiled part

Hello everyone *waves* im starting this new thing and it runs from Feb. 15th to Feb. 20th....
          This is to help people who cut realize that people love them so much.....take a sharpie...any color and wrote down everyone you care about on your wrists.....when u pick up that blade...
