So it was mtl and the mc falls in love with wrong person who was after his money...the mc gets HIv/aids and that person leaves him ...but when he was in the hospital his friend (he secretly admired mc from a long time ago) from the school sees him and takes care of the mc till the mc's last moment ... but now the mc gets reborn in the time where he is not with that horrible person yet and so he goes after his friend who took care of him when he was ill, this person is the ml....they also try to open a hotel for them in the country side and they live together I think and the mc and ml also start selling skewers...and the ml is so hard working and he wants to get rich cause the mc came from rich family but due to some reasons he was disowned and I remember from the initial earnings he also bought rings.
In past life the ml did multiple jobs and he could not complete his education. In the second life, the mc sells a family heirloom (I think it was jade bracelet or something) to buy the shop/hotel and house in the country side and he shows interest in buying properties due to the past knowledge. In second life ml has not completed his education also. They live together in the house they bought.
I only remembered this much i think I've read 50-60 chapters of this. It was a not lengthy novel.
