            Rias might work even now, after all the help her peerage has received. Sona and Tsubaki haven't shown up a lot, but there's a bit of backstory with the former that could work in introducing her to the harem. Similarly, Grayfia and Serafall will only appear later down the line. It depends on whether the plot of the story merges with the main plot before or after they've shown significant interest in Issei. And on wether I feel it would lead to a better end product.
