CARMENSRREVENGE

I love how I am editing three different chapters at the same time. Anything to update as soon as possible!

CARMENSRREVENGE

I so wish that I could write in the gothic, lush prose that Louis from Interview with a Vampire embodies. It’s like every word he says is carefully crafted, deliberately chosen, almost like he rehearsed it before publishing them.

I am so in love with that style. Nobody gets it. I could listen to him talk all day. I love that show sooo much.

I’ve tried to write with his cadence and it was SO challenging for me. I was like…hell nah and went back to editing. #lol

I will always be a ‘ first person ‘ point of view writer. Don’t get me wrong, third person pov has its conveniences and advantages though it’s something so liberating about being able to place yourself directly in your characters shoes. I feel that I am restricted from doing that as I write or even draft in third person.

CARMENSRREVENGE

My book is finally becoming something that I can read without crying in utter embarrassment. I’m having more fun editing than actually writing which is a big ‘ LOL ‘ to me.

— coming back to this because I am actually having a time. Like, why didn’t I start this years ago? I love it here.

CARMENSRREVENGE

I have so many book drafts that I fear will never see the light of day. Like online dating scams, aztec princesses, 1930s murder mysteries and more. They will never see light.

I used to be so excited to publish ' The heartbreak club: digital kiss ' (online dating scam ) until I wasn’t anymore. I had lost interest in that book so fast. I lost interest in all my drafts. #shame
