          Not only Mayor Humdinger, Harold Humdinger, Ladybird, Copycat, and Victoria Vance, but also every other enemy joins this alliance — including Cheetah, Boomer, Sweetie, the Ruff-Ruff Pack, Sid Swashbuckle, Arrby, the Kitten Catastrophe Crew, Claw, the Duke of Flappington, Codi Gizmody, and Moby.
          
          Each of them now has superpowers, making them stronger than ever before. To face this great threat, the Mighty Pups will need help from every member of the Paw Patrol, meaning that all the pups — and even the cats — receive superpowers to confront this massive alliance.
