hello

So. I've been wrestling with chapter 10 for weeks now. And it's just not really happening. Probably because I didn't think I'd make it this far. So--I'm going back to the basics. I'm revamping my outline. I'm pounding out a lot of sweat, blood and tears to make this better and flow smoother. 
          
          So, temporarily, "The Arrangement" is on hold. Just gimme a couple weeks. We'll be back stronger and better than before, I hope.

Chapter 9 is finally up. Sorry guys. It's been a rough few months, but I'm trying to get back on it. So there we go.

I did just reupdate all of the chapters of "The Arrangement". One of my friends read what I'd published and pointed out that I didn't have translations for the Kathiloyaedahn words I'd worked into the story and dialogue. The translations were in my notes, but I hadn't included them in the story. Silly me. So they're all there now, at the bottom of the chapters. And I'm working on Chapter 7, I swear--I have a lot going on in my life, but it'll get published once it gets done.

Ha, okay. So I'm like--the worst. Still no new chapter of "The Arrangement"? I know, I'm the worst, but I did post a new chapter of my side project "Lost". I'm getting there, guys. Sorry.

It's been an EXHAUSTING week, and I was unable to crank out a chapter this week. I don't feel too bad about it though, because I ended up doing a double update last week. Hopefully this chapter will be up by about the middle of the weekish? Idk, we'll see, but I AM working on it, I swear!

So Chapter 5 ended up being almost 5,500 words. My average length for a chapter is around 3,000. Basically I tried too hard and it was overkill and I edited out as much of it as I felt I could, but it was so long I split it into two 2,500ish word parts. Sue me. *shrugs* Hopefully y'all enjoy my hard work!

Chapter 5, the wedding scene, is almost written everyone. I’ve honestly had it almost done for over a week, but I’m sure you can understand work has been nuts with this virus stuff so I haven’t finished or edited it yet. Coming to you sometime his weekend, promise.
