Don't worry about asking for permission, go write that adaptation (but crediting me is a SERIOUS requirement, however.) I have talents of making good stories plus drawing pretty accurately. I am also a really big fan of a lot of cartoons as long as they have a consistent plot and actually know what the heck they're trying to show us (aka every media from the 70's to the early 2000's or 2010's).
