Just to be entirely accurate, I'm not a lawyer, I can't give legal advice, but it just seems like it's been abandoned and considered "dead" (that is a legal term they use in the document). 
            I do hope that one day I can get some Keychain out there for Mixels fans to buy tho.

            Major disclaimer, but it's a very grey area, and while I would love for that to be the case, this isn't wholly accurate. 
            
            I'm not a lawyer by any means, nor one that specializes in copyright/trademark things, and because the trademark is in a very strange place being owned by more than one company, I'm not entirely sure about can and can't be done. 
            To be fair, they don't care about fan works (lots of companies are lenient on them tbf), but I still would like to research the subject more before doing anything.

@jackiejones376 Squirrels, frogs, axolotls, butterflies, hummingbirds, birds (usually strawberry birds or cardinals), opossum, junebugs, bats, manta rays, crabs, seahorses, dolphins, whales, lizards, blobfish (who are actually beautiful and the usual blob image is just its corpse), rabbits, etc.

@Getfeisty1 Technically he was a double agent to the Beasts because he never asked to be a Beast in the first place. He was actually a hero (and also Shadow Milk Cookie is absolutely stupidly convoluted in his backstory and so are the rest of the beasts. They're supposed to be ghosts but they're absolutely op so why giving them bodies in the first place)

Maybe he faced a similar situation to White Lily?

@Getfeisty1 Anyone else pissed off that SMC felt absolutely wasted as a character since we get none of his backstory, he has an obvious link to the Blueberry Yogurt Academy (INCLUDING the Void creatures), his backstory is him believing no one wanted to hear his truths so he became a circus liar which sounds really convoluted and too subdued of a reason for him to become THAT for such a simple reason, so SOMETHINF must've corrupted him to keep him forward into becoming a jester with a super underwhelming design after he learned the truth (likely that cookies have been made to be eaten by Witches, and the Virtues were created to keep them in line and away from realizing it) I'm also disappointing in Cookierun jumping on the bandwagon of meaninlgeslly following trends just to make Gen Z sheeple get click baited like ASMR, hot sauce challenges, reaction videos, tierlists, etc.

I don’t even know which ancient had it worse after the war besides golden cheese herself. Golden cheese had her kingdom wiped out, Hollyberry abandoned her kingdom and drank juice, Dark cacao isolated himself in his kingdom, and both pure vanilla and white Lily were asleep for a long time.
