Carl Hartelius writes science fiction with comedy drawn from two science degrees (Microbiology and Medicine) and the science from being newly married. Inspired to write on backpacking around-the-world delayed honeymoon; currently in New Zealand without the LOTR stops (or so she thinks!) 

Born in Sweden, lives in England, married in India.  Worked as a forklift driver, a bouncer and now a doctor. Draws on all of the above to create stories with spirit, irony, an excess of commas, and a smidge of hope.
