Hello! I'm back on Wattpad after some time away, slowly reconnecting with readers again and building new stories in real time.

I'm the author of the Hannah series published by Ronsdale Press: Hannah and the Salish Sea, Hannah and the Spindle Whorl (Silver Moonbeam Award for historical fiction), and Hannah and the Wild Woods (2017 Chocolate Lily Award for BC's Best Novel), along with standalone novels like Tangofish and The Peculiar Language of Llamas.

I also work as an audiobook narrator, and to date have recorded 30+ titles-something I still love just as much as writing.

These days, I'm working on my first adult contemporary novel, exploring new territory and telling stories for a slightly different audience. I'm channelling my inner Nora Ephron, or at least, that's the plan.

I live and write in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, where there are plenty of trails to wander and enough rain to justify indoor writing marathons in my PJs.

When I'm not writing, I'm usually hiking with a sketchbook or at home with my husband and our beagle, Gordon.
