A Toronto-based alchemist who creates art and words from the crushed horns of rainbow unicorns and stolen tears of lost Yetis. She’s a foul-mouthed saucy minx, a salty dog, and a shifty-eyed grifter. Her kids call her ‘Mumsy’.

I used to think the last five years of writing fragmented narratives: alternate realities, time displacements/diffusions, unreliable and manufactured memories, was just a postmodern resistance to linearity and absolute truth and objectivity and hierarchical dualisms.

Now I realize I've really been writing about unrequited love, obsession, the failure to live up to one's potential, fulfillment and desire.
